The rule provides that the<span id=\"page68R_mcid7\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"> list of amendments prepared <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">with reference to the qualifying dates shall be merged and integrated <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">with the last finally published roll and published as draft roll, before every election and <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">bye-election and shall be put in public domain with reference to the qualifying date, proximate to the <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">said election, as the Election Commission may direct.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page68R_mcid8\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"page68R_mcid7\" class=\"markedContent\">A new Rule 26B has been inserted for providing Aadhaar number. Rule 26B provides that e<\/span><span id=\"page68R_mcid8\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page68R_mcid8\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">very <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page68R_mcid8\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">person whose name is listed in the roll may intimate his Aadhaar number to the registration officer in <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page68R_mcid8\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Form 6B.\u00a0
