role=\"presentation\">National<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Assisted <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Reproductive Technology and Surrogacy Board (Appointment of Expert Members by Nominating) Rules, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">2022 in order to provide the procedure of appointment and qualification of the Expert Members. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Key points:<\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span id=\"page1R_mcid92\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Members<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"> must be appointed Central Government by nomination and on part-time basis.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"page1R_mcid93\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The Members must <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">possess the following <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">qualification and experience, namely: &#8211;<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid94\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li><span id=\"page1R_mcid94\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Medical Geneticist must possess Doctorate of Medicine or Diplomate in National <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Board in Medical Genetics recognized by the National Medical Commission Act, 2019<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">, having experience of not less than fifteen years in such field;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"page7R_mcid0\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Embryologist must possess post-graduate medical qualification or doctoral degree in <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page7R_mcid0\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the field of Embryology or Clinical Embryology from a recognized University, having experience <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page7R_mcid0\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">of not less than fifteen years in such field;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"page7R_mcid1\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page7R_mcid1\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Gynaecologist and Obstetrician shall possess post-graduate medical qualification in <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page7R_mcid1\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Obstetrics and Gynaecology recognized by the National Medical Commission Act, 2019<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page7R_mcid1\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">, having experience of not less than fifteen years in such field;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"page7R_mcid2\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page7R_mcid2\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Social Scientist shall possess graduate qualification in any discipline or preferably a <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page7R_mcid2\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">post-graduate qualification in social science from a recognized University, having experience of not <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page7R_mcid2\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">less than fifteen years in such field;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"page7R_mcid3\" class=\"markedContent\">P<\/span><span id=\"page7R_mcid3\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">erson representing women welfare organisations shall possess graduate qualification <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page7R_mcid3\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">in any discipline from a recognized University and working for the welfare of women for not less <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page7R_mcid3\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">than fifteen years.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"page7R_mcid4\" class=\"markedContent\">P<\/span><span id=\"page7R_mcid4\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">erson representing<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">civil society working on women\u2019s health and child issues shall <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page7R_mcid4\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">possess<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">graduate qualification in any discipline from a recognized University and working on <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page7R_mcid4\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">women\u2019s health and child issues f<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">or not less than fifteen years.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page7R_mcid5\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span id=\"page7R_mcid5\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"page7R_mcid5\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">A person shall not be eligible to be appointed as a member, if he or she has attained the <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">age of sixty-five years at the time of
