The eventful date couldn\u2019t have been a more fortuitous one as it also marks 110th birth anniversary of one of the greatest titans of the legal field in our country, Late Justice HR Khanna, best known for his dissenting judgment in the case of ADM, Jabalpur v. Shivakant Shukla, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scconline.com\/DocumentLink\/3izq485v\">(1976) 2 SCC 521<\/a>, also popularly known as the Habeas Corpus case, which came up for hearing in front of the Supreme Court in December 1975. During the dark hours of the Emergency in India, Justice Khanna\u2019s dissent came up as a ray of light and hope. The legacy of Justice Khanna is best preserved by following in his footsteps of careful constitutional reasoning and deliberation, thereby keeping the spirit of justice alive.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Link to the Brochure:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/heyzine.com\/flip-book\/71f6789d4c.html#page\/16\">HERE <\/a><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Brochures are one of the most effective tools to convey a vision to an audience, and this E-Brochure also highlights the vision and objects of the Foundation in a firm and aesthetically pleasing way. The Foundation\u2019s E-Brochure is designed as per international standards of aesthetic creation and animation. It is replete with embedded live links to the persons\/information\/individuals\/advertorials contained in the Brochure. A single click on any important line of description shall navigate you directly to the official source of information about said person\/individual\/advertorial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Brochures are a significant tool to present and convey to the audience. And just like every industry is making a shift from being traditional to digital, brochure printing has taken the form of E-brochures. E-brochures are not bound by the conventional limits of only reaching certain individuals as they can reach an unlimited audience. It has the convenience of delivering anywhere in the world, instantly.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The E-brochure will give the audience an insight into a brief profile of <em>Late Mr. Justice Hans Raj Khanna<\/em>, and the speakers who graced the 1st edition of the Symposium. It also provides the profiles of the distinguished legal luminaries who will be gracing the 2nd edition of the Symposium with their august presence. Along with providing the structure of the event, it will also give a brief insight into the main themes up for discussion in the symposium. Details about the effort partners and collaborating partners are also provided for acknowledging their immensely important role in taking the Foundation forward and the efforts of its team behind the brochure are also acknowledged therein. The snapshots and key highlights in the form of quotes from the previous year\u2019s successful event make for the perfect finale for capturing the reader&#8217;s
