The Court, while admitting the appeal had stayed the execution of the death sentence of the appellant.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Referring to the recent decision in <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Manoj v. State of M.P.,<\/span><\/i> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scconline.com\/DocumentLink\/kO22sSSI\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">2022 SCC OnLine SC 677<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, wherein the Court has mandated for the Trial Courts to collect psychiatric and psychological evaluation report of the accused before awarding the death sentence, the Court opined that if psychological evaluation of the appellant is made before the final submissions are advanced, it will go a long way in rendering assistance to the Court.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Hence, the Court allowed the appellant\u2019s counsel access to the appellant to bring mitigating circumstances on record if any.
