On May 19, 2022, the International Financial Services Centers Authority has revised the Application and Registration Fee under IFSCA (Fund Management) Regulations, 2022.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Application Fee<\/span><\/span>: USD<\/span> 2<\/span>,<\/span>5<\/span>00<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Registration Fee<\/span>:<\/span><\/span>
    (i) Authorised FME<\/span> :<\/span> USD 5,000<\/span><\/span>
    (<\/span>e<\/span>xcept<\/span> Family Investment Fund)<\/span>
    (ii) Reg<\/span>istered FME (Non<\/span> –<\/span>retail)<\/span>:<\/span> USD 7,5<\/span>00<\/span>
    (iii)<\/span> Registered FME (Retail)<\/span>:<\/span> USD 10,<\/span>000<\/span><\/span>
    (iv) Family Investment Fund:<\/span> USD 15,000<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Annual Fee<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    a)<\/span> Each FME shall pay an annual<\/span> fee<\/span> of USD<\/span> 2<\/span>,<\/span>000.<\/span><\/span>
    b)<\/span> Th<\/span>e Annual Fee<\/span> shall be applicable for financial year after the year in which <\/span>certificate of registration is granted<\/span> by the Authority<\/span> and shall be payable<\/span> in <\/span>the first month<\/span> of<\/span> each<\/span> financial<\/span> year i.e.<\/span> in<\/span> April.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
