2,04,87,575 (Rupees Two Crore Four Lakh Eighty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred and Seventy-Five Only) to the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the event of non-payment of the dues, SEBI shall recover the money by one or more of the following modes:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Attachment and sale of your movable property<\/li>\n<li>Attachment of your bank accounts<\/li>\n<li>Attachment and sale of your immovable property<\/li>\n<li>Arrest and detention in prison<\/li>\n<li>Appointing a receiver for the management of your movable and immovable properties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The above-said demand notice was issued in the matter of Governance Issues of the National Stock Exchange and the amount has to be paid in 15 days.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Securities Exchange Board of India<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>Certificate No. 4699 of 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>[Dt. 26-4-2022]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
