Further, he stated that the petitioner\u2019s father was having health issues and he would like to see his grandchildren.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Needless to state that the Petitioner-father, the non-custodial parent cannot be deprived of his right to spend quality time and enjoy the company of the children.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">High Court held that without going into the merits of the matter, permitted the petitioner-father to have access to the children from 14<sup>th<\/sup> April, 2022 to 16<sup>th<\/sup> April, 2022.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Considering the nature of the present dispute, the matter was referred for mediation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Matter to be listed on 21-4-2022 to decide the issue of interim access arrangement. [Gaurav Suresh Tingre v. Priyanka Gaurav Tingre, WP No. 1372 of 2022, decided on 13-4-2022]<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Advocates before the Court:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
