further amend the Goa Boiler Rules, 1983.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Key points:<\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">In Rule 8 of the <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Goa Boiler Rules, 1983<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">, in sub-rule (<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">2<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">) (a)<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">, for the expression \u201ca register in <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Form A of the rules of all boilers registered in <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the Union territory of the r<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">egistry of which <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">has been transferred from another State;\u201d, the <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">expression \u201ca register in Form A of all boilers <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">registered in the State or the registry of which <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">has been transferred from another State;\u201d has been modified.<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">In Form B, for the expression \u201cIndian Boilers Act <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">1923\u201d, the expression \u201cThe Boilers Act, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">1923\u201d shall be substituted;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">In Form B, or the expression \u201cSteam Boiler <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Inspection office\u201d, the expression \u201cBoiler <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Inspection office\u201d has been modified.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">for the expression \u201cChief Inspector of <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Steam Boilers Goa\u201d, the expression \u201cChief <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Inspector of Boilers, Goa\u201d shall be <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">substituted.<br
