Khaitan &amp; Co set up its office in Singapore in April 2021 as a part of the Firm\u2019s broader strategic view of Singapore as a hub for increasing and significant inbound and outbound opportunities for our domestic and international clientele.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kartikey Mahajan is qualified to practice law in India, England &amp; Wales (where has rights of audience for all courts) and the State of New York. Prior to joining the Firm, Kartikey was with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas &amp; Co in Mumbai. He has previously also worked with Magic Circle and White Shoe American law firms in London and Singapore.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With over 10 years of experience in dispute resolution, Kartikey specialises in cross-border and multi-jurisdictional disputes, with specific focus on commercial and investment treaty arbitration.
