{"id":264203,"date":"2022-03-24T14:30:10","date_gmt":"2022-03-24T09:00:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/?p=264203"},"modified":"2022-03-24T13:18:47","modified_gmt":"2022-03-24T07:48:47","slug":"sls-pune-symbhav-22-register-by-april-02-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/post\/2022\/03\/24\/sls-pune-symbhav-22-register-by-april-02-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"SLS Pune | SYMBHAV \u201922  [Register by April 02, 2022]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>ABOUT THE ORGANIZER<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Symbiosis International (Deemed University) (SIU) was established in the year 1971.\u00a0Symbiosis Law School, Pune (SLS Pune) has been a constituent of SIU since 2002.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">SLS Pune, in 2021 has been ranked 9th by the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) Ministry of Human Resource Development India among the Law Institutes all over the Country.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>ABOUT THE EVENTS<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Legal events have been an important part of the fest over the years and we consider it a great opportunity to experiment with different kinds of events and host events of the highest quality for all participants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There will be three competitions as part of our cultural fest this year:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>3<sup>rd<\/sup> Nithin Patil Memorial Mono Advocacy Competition, 2022 \u2013 Extempore Competition from 8<sup>th<\/sup> April, 2022-10<sup>th<\/sup> April, 2022.<\/li>\n<li>Client Counselling Competition, 2022 \u2013 8<sup>th<\/sup> April, 2022-10<sup>th<\/sup> April, 2022<\/li>\n<li>Judgment Writing Competition, 2022 &#8211; 10<sup>th<\/sup> April, 2022<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>TEAM COMPOSITION AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURES<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>3<sup>rd<\/sup> Nithin Patil Memorial Mono Advocacy Competition, 2022 \u2013 Extempore<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The competition is open for students who are currently pursuing LLB via a three year \/ five-year course.<\/li>\n<li>Each participant has to contest individually.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>All the participating institutions\/individuals have to provisionally register by filling the <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/zZzM3RaKqPhxeTyH8\"><strong>Registration Form<\/strong><\/a> on or before<strong> 2<sup>nd<\/sup> April, 2022.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Subsequently, the participants will receive an email, signifying the status of their provisional registration for participation. The participants will be required to make the payment within 3 days of the receipt of the email of acceptance of provisional registration.<\/li>\n<li>There will be a maximum cap of 24 The registrations will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis and any change in the registration must be informed to the organizers at the earliest.<\/li>\n<li>The participants will be required to pay \u20b9 1600 as registration fees once their provisional registration is confirmed by the organizers.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>The propositions for the first two rounds will be released 24 hours prior to the commencement of the competition (i.e. on 7th April, 2022) which will revolve around Competition Law, Intellectual Property Law, Constitutional Law and Criminal Law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Client Counselling Competition, 2022<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>The participants shall be from any of the 3 Year LLB or 5 Year Integrated LLB Course.<\/li>\n<li>Each team will consist of <strong>two<\/strong> participants and they shall be from the same institution.<\/li>\n<li>Team(s) may not be altered after registration.<\/li>\n<li>Registration fees for Client Counselling event is <strong>Rs.2500\/-<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>All the participating institutions\/teams have to provisionally register by filling the <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/Se9DVSSufZxp8bXc8\"><strong>Registration Form<\/strong><\/a> on or before <strong>2<sup>nd<\/sup> April, 2022.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Subsequently, the participating teams will receive an email, signifying the status of their registration for participation. The teams will be required to make the payment within 3 days of the receipt of the email of acceptance of provisional registration.<\/li>\n<li>The registrations will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis and any change in the registration must be informed to the organizers at the earliest and there will be a maximum cap of 24 teams.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Judgment Writing Competition, 2022<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Each team shall consist of a minimum of (01) one participant and a maximum two (02) participants belonging to the same college.<\/li>\n<li>The participants shall be pursuing a 3-year LLB or 5-year integrated LLB programme from any college within India.<\/li>\n<li>The team composition may not be altered after registration.<\/li>\n<li>The last date of Provisional Registration shall be <strong>2<sup>nd<\/sup> April, 2022 <\/strong>must be done on this <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/7qcwTSpqSMAbf79R7\"><strong>Registration Link<\/strong><\/a><strong><u>.<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The Registration fee for the competition is <strong>Rs. 500\/-, <\/strong>for which the payments details share be shared with the provisionally registered participants on their Email IDs.<\/li>\n<li>The Final Registration shall be confirmed via mail only after receipt of the payment, which has to be completed within 3 days after the confirmation of provisional registration.<\/li>\n<li>The judgement is to be submitted via the google form both <strong><u>docx and pdf<\/u> <\/strong>latest by <strong>11:59pm IST<\/strong>, <strong>April 05, 2022<\/strong>, on the <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/ABpZLVKqnKRwe9Fz7\"><strong>Submission Link<\/strong><\/a>.
