The petition sought to restrict respondent 5 for not taking part in Play Programme of the players, in illegal manner due to false and fabricated activity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lawyer for the respondent\/State at the outset pointed out that the relief claimed at serial No.4 has rendered infructuous as the Khail programme already started on 17-12-2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Court noted that the documents filed along with this petition shows that the petitioner a registered society and has been making complaints to the Madhya Pradesh Olympic Association; however not a single document is available on record to show that the petitioner even applied for recognition from the Madhya Pradesh Olympic Association thus the relief claimed by the petitioners cannot be granted under Article 226 of the Constitution. The Court suggested that the petitioner may move an appropriate application which will be decided in accordance with by-laws and rules in order to gain recognition from the Madhya Pradesh Olympic Association.[Sadan Jat v.
