Madhya Pradesh High Court:<\/strong> Vishal Mishra J. disposed of the petition without expressing any opinion on the merit in a petition filed against the State for not correcting the seniority list of Assistant Conservator of Forest.<\/p>\n

The petitioner, State Forest Officer, who had cleared his exam in 2010 was not called to interview on ground of being over age while his tenure of pervious employment was not considered while computing maximum age of appointment. It was corrected by order of this court and a revised list was issued.<\/p>\n

The Petitioner contended that despite his seniority, his appointment date was shown much later and was not being considered for promotion to Forest Service Officer.<\/p>\n

The Counsel for State had no objection to the prayer of the Petitioner.<\/p>\n

Therefore, the Court ordered the petitioner to file a certified copy of this order to Respondents. The Respondents were directed to consider and decide the pending representation within 90 days.[Rajbendra Mishra v.
