class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">T<span id=\"page20R_mcid74\" class=\"markedContent\">he Central Government notifies Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Rules, 2022 to amend the Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Key Amendments:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span id=\"page22R_mcid2\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">In the said rules, the following rule shall be inserted, namely: &#8211;<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page22R_mcid3\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page22R_mcid4\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span id=\"page22R_mcid4\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\"><strong><span id=\"page22R_mcid4\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">19A.<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Allotment of new name to existing LLP under sub-section (3) of section 17:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span id=\"page22R_mcid5\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li><span id=\"page22R_mcid5\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">In case a Limited Liability Partnership (herein after referred to as \u2015LLP\u2016) fails to change<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">its name or new name,<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">as the case may be, in accordance with the direction issued under sub-section (1) of section 17 within a period of three <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">months from the date of issue of such direction, the letters \u2015ORDNC\u2016 (which is an abbreviation of the words \u2015Orde<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">r <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">of Regional Director Not Complied\u2016), the year of passing of the direction, the serial number and the existing LLPIN <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">of the LLP shall become the new name of the LLP without any further act or deed by the LLP, and the Registrar shall <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">accordingly make entry of the new name in the register of LLP and issue a fresh certificate of incorporation in Form <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">No. 16A:<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page22R_mcid6\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Provided that nothing contained in sub-rule (1) shall apply in case e-form LLP Form No-5 filed by the LLP is pending <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">for disposal at the expiry of three months from the date of issue of direction by Regional Director unless the said e- <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">form is subsequently rejected.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page22R_mcid7\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"page22R_mcid7\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The LLP whose name has been changed under sub-section (3) of section 17 shall at once make necessary<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">compliance with the provisions of section<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">21 and the statement, \u2015Order of Regional Director Not Complied (under <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">section 17 of the LLP Act, 2008)\u2016 shall be mentioned in brackets below the name of LLP on its invoices, official <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">correspondence, and publications:<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page22R_mcid8\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page22R_mcid9\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Provided that no such statement shall be required to be mentioned in case the LLP subsequently changes its name in <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">accordance with section 19.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span id=\"page22R_mcid13\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">In the said rules, after rule 37, the following rules shall be inserted, namely:<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page22R_mcid14\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u2014<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"page22R_mcid15\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page22R_mcid16\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page22R_mcid17\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page22R_mcid18\" class=\"markedContent\"><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">37A.<\/span> <\/strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>Adjudication of penalties<\/strong>.<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u2013<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page22R_mcid19\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li><span id=\"page22R_mcid19\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The Central Government may appoint any of its officers, not below the rank of Registrar, as <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">adjudicating officers for adjudging penalty under the provisions of the Act.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page22R_mcid20\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"page22R_mcid20\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Before adjudging penalty, the adjudicating officer shall issue a written notice, to the limited liability <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">partnership, partner or designated partner of a limited liability partnership or any other person who has <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">committed non-compliance or made default under the Act, as the case may be, to show cause, within such period <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">as may be specified in the notice (not being less than fifteen days and not more than thirty days from the date of <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">service thereon), why the penalty should not be imposed on it or him.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page22R_mcid21\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"page22R_mcid21\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Every notice issued under sub-rule (2), shall clearly indicate the nature of non-compliance or default <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">under the Act alleged to have been committed or made by such limited liability partnership, its partner or its <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">designated partner, or any other person, as the case may be and also draw attention to the relevant penal <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">provisions of the Act and the maximum penalty which can be imposed on such limited liability partnership, its <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">partners or designated partners or any other person, as the case may be.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page22R_mcid22\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"page22R_mcid22\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The reply to such notice shall be filed in electronic mode only within the period as specified in the<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">notice:<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page22R_mcid23\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Provided that the adjudicating officer may, for reasons to be recorded in writing, extend the period referred to above by <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">a further period not exceeding fifteen days, if the limited liability partnership or its partners or designated partners or <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">any other person, as the case may be, satisfies the adjudicating officer that it or he has sufficient cause for not <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">responding to the notice within the stipulated period or the adjudicating officer has reason to believe that the limited <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">liability partnership or its partners or designated partners or any other person has received a shorter notice and did not <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">have reasonable time to give reply.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"page22R_mcid24\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">If, after considering the reply submitted by such limited liability partnership or its partners or designated partners, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">or any other person, as the case may be, the adjudicating officer is of the opinion that physical appearance is required, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">he shall issue a notice, within a period of ten working days from the date of receipt of reply fixing a date for the <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">appearance of such limited liability partnership, through its authorised representative, or partners or designated <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">partners, or any other person, whether personally or through his authorised representative:<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page22R_mcid25\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Provided that if any person, to whom a notice is issued under sub-rule (2), desires to make an oral representation, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">whether personally or through his authorised representative and has indicated the same while submitting his reply in <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">electronic mode, the adjudicating officer shall allow such person to make such representation after fixing a date of <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid0\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">appearance.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"page24R_mcid1\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">On the date fixed for hearing and after giving a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the person concerned, the <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">adjudicating officer may, subject to reasons to be recorded in writing, pass any order in writing as he thinks fit<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">incl<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">uding <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">an order for adjournment:<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid2\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Provided that after the hearing, the adjudicating officer may require the concerned person to submit his reply in writing <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">on certain other issues related to the notice under sub<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">rule (2), relevant for<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">determination of th<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">e default.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"page24R_mcid3\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The adjudicating officer shall pass an order<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid4\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">(a) within thirty days of the expiry of the period specified in sub<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">rule (2), or of such extended period as referred therein, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">where physical appearance was not required under sub<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">rule (5);<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid5\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">(b) w<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ithin ninety days of the date of issue of notice under rule (2), where any person appeared before the adjudicating <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">officer under sub<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">rule (5):<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid6\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Provided that in case an order is passed after the aforementioned duration, the reasons of the delay shall be rec<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">orded by <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the adjudicating officer and no such order shall be invalid merely because of its passing after the expiry of such thirty <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">days or<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ninety days as the case may be.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"page24R_mcid7\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Every order of the adjudicating officer shall be<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">duly dated and signed<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">by him and<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">shall clearly state the reasons for <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">requiring the physical<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">appearance under sub<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">rule (5).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"page24R_mcid8\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The adjudicating officer shall send a copy of the order passed by him to the concerned limited liability partnership, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">its partner or designated partner or any ot<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">her person or all of them and to the Regional Director and a copy of the order <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">shall a<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">lso be uploaded on the website.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"page24R_mcid9\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">For the purposes of this rule, the adjudicating officer shall exercise the following powers, namely:<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid10\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">(a)<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">to summon and enforce<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the attendance of any person acquainted with the facts and circumstances of the case after <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">recording reasons in writing.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid11\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">(b)<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">to order for evidence or to produce any document, which in the opinion of the adjudicating officer, may be useful <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">for or releva<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">nt to the<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">subject matter of the inquiry.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"page24R_mcid12\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">If any person fails to reply or neglects or refuses to appear as required under sub<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">rule (5) or sub<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">rule (10) before the <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">adjudicating officer, the adjudicating officer may pass an order imposing the penalty, i<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">n the absence of such person after <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">reco<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">rding the reasons for doing so.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid13\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"page24R_mcid13\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Penalty shall be paid through Ministry of<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Corporate Affairs portal only.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"page24R_mcid14\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">All sums realised by way of penalties under the Act shall be credited to<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the Consolidated Fund of I<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ndia.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"page24R_mcid15\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><strong><span id=\"page24R_mcid20\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">37B.<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Appeal against order of adjudicating officer<\/span><\/span><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li><span id=\"page24R_mcid24\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Every<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid25\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid26\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">appeal<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid27\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">against the order of the adjudicating officer shall be <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid28\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">filed in writing<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid29\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid30\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">with the Region<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid31\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">al Director having jurisdiction in the matter within a period<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid32\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid33\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">of<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid34\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">sixty days<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid35\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid36\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">from the date on which <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid37\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the copy of the order made by the adjudicating officer is received by the aggrieved party<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid38\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">in<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid39\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid40\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Form<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid41\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">No 33 &#8211; LLP<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid42\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ADJ<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid43\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">setting forth <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the grounds of appeal and shall be accompanied by a certified copy of the order against which the appeal is sought:<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid44\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid45\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Provided that the<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid46\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid47\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Regional Director may entertain an appeal after the expiry of the said period of sixty days, but within a further <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid48\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">period of not exceeding thirty days, if it is satisfied that the appellant was prevented by sufficient cause from filing the<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid49\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">appeal <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid50\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">within th<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid51\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">e period so specified:<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid52\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid53\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid54\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Provided<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid55\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid56\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">further that where the party is represented by an authorised<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid57\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid58\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">representative, a copy of such authorisation in favour of <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid59\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid60\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid61\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">representative and the written consent thereto by such authorised<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid62\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid63\" be appen<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid65\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ded to the appeal:<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid66\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid67\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid68\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Provided<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid69\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid70\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">also that an appeal in<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid71\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Form No 33 &#8211; LLP ADJ<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page24R_mcid72\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">shall not seek reliefs therein against more than one order unless the <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">reliefs prayed for are consequential.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"page27R_mcid1\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Every appeal filed under this rule shall be accompanied by a fee<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid2\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid3\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">of one thousand rupees for Small LLPs and two <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid4\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid4\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid4\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">thousand and<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid5\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">five hundred rup<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid6\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ees for other than Small LLPs.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid7\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid8\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid9\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"page27R_mcid9\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>37C. Registration of appeal<\/strong>: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li><span id=\"page27R_mcid13\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">On the receipt of an appeal, office of the<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid14\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid15\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Regional Director shall endorse the date <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid16\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">on such appeal a<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid17\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">nd shall sign<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid18\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid19\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">such endorsement.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"page27R_mcid20\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid21\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid22\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">If, on scrutiny, the appeal is found<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid23\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">to be in order, it shall be duly<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid24\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid25\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">regist<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid26\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ered and given a serial number:<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid27\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid28\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid29\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Provided<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid30\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid31\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">that where the appeal is found to be defective, the<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid32\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid33\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Regional Director may allow the appellant such time,<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid34\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">not <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid35\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">being less than<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid36\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid37\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">fourteen days<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid38\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid39\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">following the date of receipt of inti<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid40\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">mation by the appellant<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid41\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid42\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">from the Regional Director <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid43\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">about the nature of the defects, to rectify the<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid44\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid45\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">defects and if the appellant fails to rectify such defects within the <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid46\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">time<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid47\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid48\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">period allowed as above, the Regional Director may by order and for<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid49\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid50\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">reasons to be<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid51\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">recorded in writing, decline to <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid52\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">register such appeal and<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid53\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid54\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">communicate such refusal to the appellant within<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid55\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">a period of seven days<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid56\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid57\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">thereof:<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid58\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid59\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid60\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Provided<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid61\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid62\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">further that the Regional Director may, for reasons to be<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid63\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid64\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">recorded in writing,<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid65\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">extend<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid66\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid67\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the period referred to<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid68\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">in <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid69\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the first proviso<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid70\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid71\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">above by a<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid72\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">further period of fourteen days<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid73\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">if an appellant satisfies the<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid74\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid75\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Regional Director that the <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid76\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">appellant had sufficient cause for not rectifying<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid77\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid78\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the defects within the period of fourteen days re<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid79\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ferred to in the <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid80\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">first<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid81\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid82\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">proviso.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid83\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid84\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid85\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\"><strong><span id=\"page27R_mcid85\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">37D.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid86\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><\/strong><span id=\"page27R_mcid87\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>Disposal of appeal by Regional Director<\/strong>: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li><span id=\"page27R_mcid91\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">On the admission of<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid92\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid93\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the appeal, the Regional Director shall <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid94\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">serve a copy of appeal upon the<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid95\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid96\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">adjudicating officer against whose order the appeal is sought along with a<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid97\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid98\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">notice <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid99\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">requiring such adjudicating office<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid100\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">r to file his reply thereto within<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid101\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid102\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">such period,<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid103\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">not exceeding twenty<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid104\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid105\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">one days<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid106\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">, as may <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid107\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">be stipulated by the<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid108\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid109\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Regional Director in the said notice:<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid110\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid111\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid112\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Provided that the Regional Director may, for reasons to be recorded<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid113\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid114\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">in writing,<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid115\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">extend<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid116\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid117\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the period referred to i<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid118\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">n sub<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid119\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211; <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid120\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">rule (1) above for a<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid121\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid122\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">further period of<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid123\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">twenty<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid124\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid125\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">one days<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid126\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">, if the adjudicating officer satisfies the<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid127\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid128\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Regional Director that he <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid129\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">had sufficient cause for not being able to file his<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid130\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid131\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">reply to the appeal within the above<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid132\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid133\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">said period of twenty<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid134\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid135\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">one days.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid136\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid137\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"page27R_mcid140\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">A copy of every reply, application or written representation filed by<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid141\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid142\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the adjudicating officer before the Regional <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid143\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Director shall be forthwith<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid144\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid145\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">served on the appella<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid146\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">nt by the adjudicating officer.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid147\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid148\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"page27R_mcid151\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The Regional Director shall notify the parties, the date of<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid152\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid153\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">hearing of<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid154\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid155\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the appeal which shall not be a date<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid156\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">earlier than<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid157\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">thirty days<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid158\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid159\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">following the<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid160\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid161\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">date of such notification for hearing of the appeal.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid162\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid163\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"page27R_mcid166\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">On the date fixed for hearing the Regional Director may, subject to<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid167\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid168\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the reasons to be recorded in writing,<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid169\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">pass any<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid170\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid171\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">order as he thinks fit<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid172\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid173\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">including an order for adjournment of the hearing to a future date.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid174\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid175\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid176\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"page27R_mcid176\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">In case the appellant or the adjudicating officer does not appear on<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid177\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid178\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the date fixed for hearing, the Regional<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid179\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Director may<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid180\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">dispose of the<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid181\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid182\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">appeal<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid183\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid184\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ex<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid185\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid186\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">parte:<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid187\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid188\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid189\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Prov<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid190\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">that where the appellant appears afterwards and satisfies<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid193\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid194\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the Regional Director that there was sufficient <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid195\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">cause for his non<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid196\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid197\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">appearance,<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid198\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid199\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the Regional Director may make an order setting aside the<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid200\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid201\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ex<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid202\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid203\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">parte<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid204\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid205\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">o<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid206\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">rder and restore the <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid207\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">appeal.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid208\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid209\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"page27R_mcid213\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Every order passe<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid214\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">d under this rule shall be dated and duly signed by the<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid215\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid216\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Regional Director.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"page27R_mcid217\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid218\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid222\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">A certified copy of every order passed by the Regional Director shall<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid223\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid224\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">be communicated to the adjudicating<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid225\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span id=\"page27R_mcid225\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid225\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">officer and to the appellant forthwith<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid226\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page27R_mcid227\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">and to the Central
