role=\"presentation\">notifies <span id=\"page1R_mcid147\" class=\"markedContent\">Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Amendment) Rules, 2022<\/span> to amend the Micro, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scconline.com\/DocumentLink\/yH165A0A\">Small and Medium Enterprises Fund Rules, 2016<\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page1R_mcid149\" class=\"markedContent\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Key Points:<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span id=\"page1R_mcid149\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">In the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Fund Rules, 2016, the following sub-rule <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">shall be inserted in Rule 6 relating to Approval and release of money from Fund:<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid150\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span id=\"page1R_mcid150\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u201c<strong>(5) The criteria based on which sums may be released under sub<\/strong><\/span><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">-section(3) of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scconline.com\/DocumentLink\/4XgdR63U\">section 14<\/a> of the Act are as under, <\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>namely:<\/strong>&#8211;<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid151\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px; text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"page1R_mcid151\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">(a)<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the beneficiary of the fund shall be a micro or small or medium enterprise and shall file the memorandum <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">under sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Act;<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid152\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">(b)<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the fund shall be mandatorily utilised for the project or scheme or activity for which it is approved by the <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Governing Council;<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid153\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">(c)<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the fund shall be disbursed as per the guidelines notified for that particular project or scheme or activity as <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">referred to in sub-rule (2); and<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid154\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">(d)<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">beneficiary of this fund cannot claim benefits from any other Scheme or programme of Central Government <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">or any State Government or Union territory Administration for that project or scheme or
