Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur in collaboration with RGNIIPM Nagpur, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, IPR Training Institute is conducting a \u2018One Day Online Workshop on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) – Patent & Designs Process\u2019 on 13th January, 2022 (Thursday). The workshop is a joint free online program under the National Intellectual Property Awareness Mission. The speakers for the event are Mr. Pankaj Borkar and Dr. Anindhya Sircar.<\/p>\n

Mr. Pankaj Prabhakar Borkar is working for more than 19 years in Central Government Office under the Patent Office, Ministry of Commerce & Industry and presently working as Deputy Controller of Patents & Designs. Dr. Anindhya Sircar, is a visiting Faculty at HNLU & former Head of IP at Infosys & Biocon.<\/p>\n

The Workshop focuses on the implementation of the objectives of National IPR Policy 2016, under the National Intellectual Property Awareness Mission (NIPAM) and to safeguard the interest of the inventors by upgrading IP skills, HNLU Raipur, along with RGNIIPM is organizing this workshop for Students of all discipline, Academicians, Young Innovators and Entrepreneurs, IP Practitioners or other professionals engaged in allied fields.<\/p>\n
