of the Companies Amendment Act, 2020 shall come into force.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Section 56 of the Companies Amendment Act, 2020 provides-<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li class=\"j2\">In section 403 of the principal Act, in sub-section (1), for the third proviso, the following proviso shall be substituted, namely:\u2014<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"ind1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cProvided also that where there is default on two or more occasions in submitting, filing, registering or recording of such document, fact or information, as may be prescribed, it may, without prejudice to any other legal action or liability under this Act, be submitted, filed, registered or recorded,
