It will<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page6R_mcid6\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"> come into force with effect from<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">1st July, 2022.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page6R_mcid7\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Key Amendment:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span id=\"page6R_mcid7\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">In the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014, in the Annexure, in item I (Fee for filing <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">under section 403 of the Companies Act, 2013), for sub-item B, the following sub-item shall be substituted, namely:-<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page6R_mcid8\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span id=\"page6R_mcid8\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u201cB. Following Table of additional fee and higher additional fee (in certain cases) shall be applicable for delay <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">in filing of forms other than for increase in Nominal share capital or forms under section 92\/137 of the Act or forms for <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">filing charges.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table style=\"height: 1007px;\" width=\"802\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"85\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>S. id=\"page6R_mcid52\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Note 1:<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Higher additional fees shall be payable, if there is a delay in filing e-form INC-22, or e-form PAS-3, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">as the case may be, on two or more occasions, within a period of three hundred and sixty five days from the date of <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">filing of the last such belated e-form for which additional fee or higher additional fee, as the case may be, was <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">payable.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page6R_mcid53\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page6R_mcid54\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Note 2:<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Wherever higher additional fee is payable, additional fee shall not be charged.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page6R_mcid55\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page6R_mcid56\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Note 3:<\/span> <span
