id=\"page1R_mcid35\" class=\"markedContent\">Key amendment: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span id=\"page1R_mcid35\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid38\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in THE SECOND SCHEDULE, <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid39\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">under the heading<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid40\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid41\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u201cMINISTRY OF<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid42\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">DEFENCE (RAKSHA MANTRALAYA)\u201d, under the sub<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid43\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid44\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">heading \u201cB. <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid45\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">DEPARTMENT OF DEFENCE PRODUCTION (RAKSHA UTPADAN VIBHAG)\u201d,<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid46\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid47\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid48\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span
