International Negotiation Competition, 2021<\/b>. The competition was held from November 18, 2021 to November 21, 2021. The team had first made it through the CV qualifier rounds of the competition wherein a total of 24 universities were selected out of a staggering 82 applications from all over the world. The competition was organized by the Alternate Dispute Resolution Cell, NLIU in association with Khaitan &amp; Co.\u00a0 The finals were judged by an esteemed four member panel comprising <b>Prof. John Lag<\/b>[Director, Inter National Academy of Dispute Resolution, (INADR)], <b>Chakrapani Misra <\/b>[Partner, Khaitan &amp; Co.], <b>Spiridoula Georgiou<\/b> [Attorney at Law, \u201cSpiridoula Georgiou Law Firm, Greece] and <b>Jayne Kuriakose<\/b> [Disputes and Litigation Head: Asia, DXC Technology, Singapore].<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>CNLU emerged winners at 12th National Moot Court Competition, 2021<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">the team comprising of Kinjal Keya, Abhishek Nair and Aditya Pratap Singh, representing CNLU were declared winners at the 12th National Moot Court Competition, 2021 by School of Law, Christ (Deemed to be University). They were also awarded the &#8220;Best Memorial&#8221; award.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>HNLU wins the 2nd HPNLU National Moot Court Competition, 2021<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">An HNLU team comprising\u00a0<strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/aditya-rai-88b413121\">Aditya Rai<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/vanya-francis-3355291a5\">Vanya Francis<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/anirudh15\">Anirudh Agrawal\u00a0<\/a><\/em><\/strong>has been adjudged as the &#8216;<strong>winners<\/strong>&#8216; of the 2nd HPNLU\u00a0National Moot Court Competition, 2021. The team also bagged the second-best memorial prize.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The competition was hosted virtually by HPNLU. The three-day competition was held from 29th to 31st October 2021. The moot was based on constitutional law.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Army Law School, Mohali wins Themis National Moot Court Competition, 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a team from the Army Institute of Law, Mohali consisting of <strong>Aakriti Gupta\u00a0<\/strong>(5th year), <strong>Saksham Khunger <\/strong>(5th year) and <strong>Harsh\u00a0<\/strong>(2nd year) won the Themis National Moot Court Competition, 2021. The team won a cash prize of R. 20,000\/- and a 1-year subscription to SCC OnLine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The moot was hosted virtually by Christ Lavasa, Pune from 10th to 12th December 2021. The Moot Proposition revolved around reassessment proceedings under Income Tax Act, 1961.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The final round of the competition was adjudged by Hon&#8217;ble Mr. Justice J.K.
