{"id":258054,"date":"2021-12-03T10:30:12","date_gmt":"2021-12-03T05:00:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/?p=258054"},"modified":"2021-12-03T10:19:42","modified_gmt":"2021-12-03T04:49:42","slug":"national-bank-for-financing-infrastructure-and-development-removal-of-difficulties-order-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/post\/2021\/12\/03\/national-bank-for-financing-infrastructure-and-development-removal-of-difficulties-order-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"page1R_mcid11\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The Central Government hereby makes <span id=\"page1R_mcid12\" class=\"markedContent\">National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2021<\/span><\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid12\" class=\"markedContent\">. <\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid13\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. <\/span> <\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid14\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"page1R_mcid14\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">In the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scconline.com\/DocumentLink\/7z0SGR31\">National Bank for F<\/a><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">inancing Infrastructure and Development Act, 2021, in section 15, in sub<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">section (1), the <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">following proviso shall be inserted, namely<\/span>:<\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid15\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"page1R_mcid15\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u201cProvided that, the first Nomination and Remuneration Committee shall consist of the Chairperson and the <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">directors <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">nominated by the Central Government<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">under clause (d) of sub<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">section (1) of section 6<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Central Government hereby makes National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2021.
