On 26th\u00a0November 1949, the Constituent Assembly of India adopted the Constitution of India. Also known as the\u00a0National Law Day<\/strong>, every year to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution, it is also celebrated as the\u00a0Constitution Day<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0Samvidhan\u00a0Diwas<\/em>. We aim to celebrate this day with some interesting questions on the making of the Indian Constitution. Often law schools touch upon constitutionalist ideals and the rule of law. However, since the adoption of the Indian Constitution, the concepts have undergone a transformation. The aim of the webinar is to revisit some of these theories and understand the future of Constitutional rights in India.<\/p>\n
