Delos is proud to announce that it will be holding an\u00a0India Launch Event\u00a0<\/strong>online on Thursday 21 October 2021<\/strong>, from 2PM-6PM<\/strong>, with thanks to the\u00a0Asia-Pacific Forum for International Arbitration (AFIA)<\/a>, the\u00a0Indian Arbitration Forum (IAF)<\/a>, the\u00a0Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai (MNLU)<\/a>, and SCCOnLine<\/a> and EBC<\/a> (Media Partners) for their support of this event.<\/p>\n

Co-convened by Hafez Virjee (President, Delos Dispute Resolution<\/em>) and Rahul Donde (Counsel, L\u00e9vy Kaufmann-Kohler, Geneva<\/em>), the event will include a panel discussion<\/strong> on the nuances of drafting arbitration agreements, a fireside chat<\/strong> on the in-house counsel perspective in the conduct of arbitrations<\/strong> and an Oxford-style debate<\/strong> on the merits of institutional arbitration for the Indian market<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
