The new Refund Rule shall be effective w.e.f. 12.11.2015.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The summary of the revised refund rules \u00a0is given below : &#8211;<\/p>\n<table width=\"633\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"57\"><strong>Rule no.\u00a0<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"274\"><strong>Existing<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"302\"><strong>Proposed<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"57\">4.<\/td>\n<td width=\"274\">Levy of clerkage per passenger for cancellation of unreserved, RAC and waitlisted tickets:-<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>(i). Unreserved (second class): Rs. 15.<\/p>\n<p>(ii) Second class (reserved) and other classes: Rs. 30<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/td>\n<td width=\"302\">Levy of clerkage per passenger for cancellation of unreserved, RAC and waitlisted tickets:-<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>(i).\u00a0\u00a0 Unreserved (second class): Rs. 30.<\/p>\n<p>(ii)\u00a0\u00a0 Second class (reserved) and other classes: Rs. 60<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"57\">6(1).<\/td>\n<td width=\"274\">Cancellation charge per passenger on confirmed (reserved) tickets:-<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>(i). 48 hours before the scheduled departure of the train minimum cancellation charge<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1<sup>st<\/sup>AC\/executive class:\u00a0\u00a0 Rs.120<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2AC\/1<sup>st<\/sup> class :\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Rs. 100<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>3AC\/ACC\/3A economy: Rs. 90<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Second sleeper class:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Rs. 60<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Second class\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 :\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Rs. 30<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>(ii). Between 48 hours and 6 hours before the scheduled departure of the train @ 25% subject to minimum charge as per (i) above.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>(iii) From 6 hours before the scheduled departure of the train and upto 2 hours after the actual departure of the train @ 50% subject to minimum charge as per (i) above.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>(iv) No refund after the above time limit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/td>\n<td width=\"302\">Cancellation charge per passenger on confirmed (reserved) tickets:-<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>(i). 48 hours before the scheduled departure of the train minimum cancellation charge<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1<sup>st<\/sup> AC\/executive class:\u00a0 Rs. 240<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2AC\/1<sup>st<\/sup> class\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 :\u00a0\u00a0 Rs. 200<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>3AC\/ACC\/3A economy: Rs. 180<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Second sleeper class:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Rs. 120<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Second class\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 :\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Rs. 60<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>(ii).
