About the Competition<\/u>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The 1st International Cyber Law Moot Court Competition, 2021 aims to foster and cultivate interest in the field of cyberlaw and the role of information technologies in societies around the world. This competition challenges the students to engage in comparative research of legal standards at the national and regional levels and to develop their arguments (in written and oral forms) on cutting-edge questions in Cyber law.<\/p>\n

Participation and Eligibility:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The competition is open for participation for all bona fide students enrolled in Law Degree courses. There is no team limit on the number of teams participating from each Law College\/University.<\/p>\n

3-Year (LL.B.) and 5-Year Integrated Course (B.A.\/BBA\/B.Com\/BSc., LL.B.) or Masters in Law Courses (LL.M.) in any recognized University and\/or Law School across India. The eligibility for Foreign Students is that they must be enrolled in any registered Law College\/University across the world.<\/p>\n

Registration:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Each Team shall fill the Registration Form. The Organizers shall intimate the concerned college or university of the receipt of the application. The last date for filling up the form is the 18th October, 2021.<\/p>\n

The registration fee for the Competition is Rs. 3,000 and it has to be paid through RTGS\/IMPS\/NEFT\/Demand Draft. The followings are the details of the account holder:<\/p>\n
