It <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.feedspot.com\/international_law_blogs\/\">has been recognized<\/a> as one of the <strong>Top 35 <\/strong>International Law blogs in the world in 2020 and 2021. JFIEL is an online, student-led, and peer-reviewed platform with an aim to analyse legal developments and foster discourse in the field of international law and the international economic arena. We seek to create a database of rigorous academic exchange that contributes to research, policy and critical thought for students, academics and practitioners.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Themes for Contributions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kindly note that this is merely an indicative list of themes that the JFIEL seeks to engage with, in terms of generating a wider discourse. It is by no means exhaustive!<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>WTO Law and Policy<\/li>\n<li>International Investments Law<\/li>\n<li>International Criminal Law<\/li>\n<li>International Human Rights Law<\/li>\n<li>International Humanitarian Law<\/li>\n<li>International Commercial Arbitration<\/li>\n<li>International Space Law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Guidelines for Submission<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Contributions must be between <strong>1000-1200 words<\/strong> in length. Longer or shorter articles may be submitted and the limit is subject to flexibility-based editorial discretion (on a case-to-case basis).<\/li>\n<li>We request all contributors to send a <strong>short biography<\/strong> (one or two lines) in the email containing the submission.<\/li>\n<li>All contributions must be submitted along with four to five <strong>relevant<\/strong> <strong>keywords<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>All contributions must contain <strong>relevant hyperlinks<\/strong> within the document, citing appropriate sources. This includes all cases, articles, international instruments, and\/or other sources. Please do not use footnotes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Co-authorship<\/strong> is permitted up to a maximum of two people, the details of which must be shared with the editors.<\/li>\n<li>Contributions submitted must be cogent and concise. There is a preference for pieces that analyse contemporary legal developments.<\/li>\n<li>At present, we accept contributions only in English.<\/li>\n<li>All contributions must be previously unpublished.<\/li>\n<li>In case authors seek to <strong>cross-post<\/strong> their piece published on the JFIEL platform, the cross-post must indicate that the article was first published on JFIEL, with the relevant link.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>How to Contribute <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you are interested in contributing to the Jindal Forum for International and Economic Laws, we would be glad to review your submission!
