On October 05, 2021, the State Government of Karnataka has issued the Karnataka Stamp (Amendment) Act, 2021 to further amend the Karnataka Stamp Act, 1957.<\/p>\n

The amendment modifies Article 20 (2A) (iii) and inserts \u201cwhere the market value of which is above rupees thirty-five lakhs but up to and inclusive of forty five lakhs is three percent of the value\u201d, has been inserted.<\/p>\n
