on water charges for all Domestic &amp; non-domestic water consumers under the <em>Dues Recovery and Settlement Scheme 2020-21<\/em> till October 31, 2021, vide notification dated September 16, 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The scheme applies to the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">To those water consumers who have defaulted on dues up to 31st October 2020,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The defaulting water consumers whose cases are referred to Revenue Recovery Court as on October 31, 2020<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Those
