They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.<\/p>\n<p>The Amendment inserts a proviso in Rule 6(3) of National Commission for Protection of Child Rights Rules, 2006:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\u201cProvided that a person who has held office for two terms as Member or two terms as Chairperson, shall not be eligible for re-nomination as a Member or Chairperson, as the case may be:<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Provided further that a person who has held office-<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">(i) for two terms as Member; or<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">(ii) one term as a Member and one term as Chairperson, shall be eligible for one more term as
