The blogs can be submitted on a theme provided below.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The blog submitted should not be a mere reiteration of the existing literature or framework and the author\/s should try to be novel in the ideas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Themes-<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Authors may make submissions on topics pertaining to any one of the following:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Making Meditation Mainstream: Reflections from India and Singapore Meditation Summit 2021<\/li>\n<li>India&#8217;s Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2021.<\/li>\n<li>The future of Arbitration in India.<\/li>\n<li>Contemporary issues and Advancement in the field of ADR<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Please note that the above list is not exhaustive and authors are free to write on issues falling broadly within the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Co-authorship<\/strong>: Co-authorship is allowed up to 2 authors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: the approved works.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>How to Submit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>All the submissions must be submitted through the form<\/strong><strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSevEXkfYzp18li8rypi6OF-8Uch37Isv-q5oy6i_RWYUr-Pzg\/viewform\">HERE<\/a><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">and must be in word format (\u2018. doc\u2019s or \u2018.docx\u2019).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The piece of work submitted must be original, unpublished, and not under review anywhere.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Any form of Plagiarism (more than 20%) will result in an automatic disqualification.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Before submitting any work, it is requested to refer to our \u2018Guidelines for Publication\u2019 dealing with our submission policies regarding plagiarism, copyright infringement, and ownership is provided on the website.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Guidelines for Publication<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The word limit of the blogs submitted shall ideally be within 2,000 words (excluding footnotes).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">However, we shall be flexible with the word limit if the quality of the submission is up to the mark.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Timeline for Review<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The authors will get feedback maximum within 15 days of the submission of their blog.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The author\/s can request for expedited review if they feel the topic is of very contemporary importance and
