The Data Protection Authority has outlined the basic requirements for processing personal data in relation to bodycams which includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If one records images and sound using body-worn cameras (bodycams), one shall be subjected to the general data protection law rules and principles.<\/li>\n<li>The processing of personal data using body-worn cameras (bodycams) can only take place if the basic processing principles of e.g., legality, reasonableness and transparency, purpose limitation as well as storage limitation are met.<\/li>\n<li>The Rules provide instructions for employees wearing body cameras, observing the duty to provide information and deleting the recordings.<\/li>\n<li>The Rules also provide some more detail in relation to the duty to provide information and
