The Ordinance consolidates the laws relating to regulation of employment and to protects basic rights of employees of Shops and Establishments at Manipur. Special protection has been provided to women at workplace.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The regulations under the Manipur Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Ordinance, 2021 includes the following provisions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Registration of Shops and Establishment and issue of Labour Identification
