It was established by an act of the Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha in the year 2016 (act 16 of 2016).<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>About the Competition<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">The 2nd National Moot Court Competition 2021 is an initiative of the Student Moot Court Committee of HPNLU to bring together students from different regions to interact, compete and challenge their skills as future legal practitioners. As one of the emerging National Law Universities in India, HPNLU has hitherto undertaken measures to provide holistic and meaningful legal education to bright young students from across the country. Owing to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the event is set to take place virtually.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Format\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Owing to the continuing challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the event is set to take place virtually. This edition\u2019s problem will revolve around contemporary and developing aspects of Constitutional Law. The competition will have two rounds: Memorials Selection Round and Oral Rounds.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Provisional Registration\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Moot Court Committee at HPNLU, Shimla welcomes universities and institutions from all over the country, to participate in the competition. All interested institutions shall provisionally register for the competition on or before 10th September, 2021 by filling in the google form, the link for which is &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/zGRvSiEYYhsSvAwP6\">HERE <\/a><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">More details pertaining to the competition is provided in the <a
