justify;\">Key Highlights:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Contains urgent provisions on cyber-security \u2013 definition of the national cyber-security architecture and establishment of the National Cyber-security Agency.<\/li>\n<li>Establishment of the National Cybersecurity Agency by Law No. 109 of 4 August 2021.<\/li>\n<li><em>Defines \u201c<\/em>Cyber-security\u201d as \u201cactivities necessary to protect networks, information systems, computer services and electronic communications from cyber threats, ensuring their availability, confidentiality, integrity and
