The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has notified the Tea (Marketing) Control (Amendment) Order, 2021 on July 30, 2021. The amendment makes changes to the Tea (Marketing) Control Order, 2003, by revising the following application forms:<\/p>\n

  1. Form-A: Application for Registration under para3(2) of tea (marketing) control order 2003,<\/li>\n
  2. Form-G: Application for licence under para 11 of tea (marketing) control order 2003,<\/li>\n
