The Central Government appoints <\/span>August 01, 2021,<\/span> as the date on which the provisions of Employees\u2019 State Insurance Act, 1948<\/a>: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>(i)<\/span> sections 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43 and sections 45A to 45H of Chapter IV relating to Contributions<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>(ii)<\/span> sections 46 to 73 of Chapter V relating to Benefits; and<\/span> <\/span>
(iii)<\/span> sections 7<\/span>4, 75, sub<\/span>–<\/span>sections (2) to (4) of sections 76, 80, 82 and 83 of Chapter VI relating to adjudication of disputes and claims;<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

shall come into force in all the areas of<\/span><\/span> <\/span>Madurai district in the State of Tamil Nadu. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
