On July 19, 2021, the Finance Department of Rajasthan has issued a notification on exemption of the registration fees chargeable on the instrument of sale, lease or gift of immovable property executed in favour of a Non-Profit Institution as defined and identified eligible for benefits under the provisions of the Social Security Investment Promotion Scheme (SSIP), 2021 will be remitted on submission of Entitlement Certificate issued by a competent authority under the Scheme.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
