The Research Cell at DME was established to encourage an environment conducive to research and work\u00a0untiringly towards the development of research skills of faculty members and students. Research Cell DME seeks to invite papers for DME&#8217;s\u00a0e-journal,\u00a0<b>DME Journal of Law<\/b>\u00a0(DMEJL)\u00a0<b>Volume 2, 2021<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,serif;\">ABOUT DMEJL<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,serif;\">DMEJL\u00a0is an open access online peer-reviewed and interdisciplinary academic annual journal.\u00a0It endeavors to serve as the leading forum for thoughtful and scholarly engagement for a broad range of complex issues at the intersection of law, public policy, and social change in the world.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,serif;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\">Scope<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0of the Journal extends to socially and politically relevant contemporary legal issues.\u00a0<b>The theme<\/b>\u00a0of the paper may revolve around business law, civil rights and civil liberties, environmental law and human rights, international law, law and gender, law and public policy, law and technology, sports and entertainment law, media law, intellectual property rights, alternate dispute resolution, Indian constitutional law, and Indian criminal law.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><u><span lang=\"EN-US\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,serif;\">Submission categories:<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,serif;\">Research scholars, legal professionals, academicians, and students are invited to contribute to the journal.
