F. 12(29) FD\/Tax\/2021-269 dated February 24, 2021 which specifies \u201cAmnesty Scheme-2021&#8243; for rebate of tax and settlement of outstanding-demands and disputes, with immediate effect. The following amendment in this department&#8217;s notification number F. 12(29) FD\/Tax\/2021-269 dated 24.02.2021, namely: &#8211;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Clause 3<\/strong>: In clause 3, the existing Table under the definition (I) shall be substituted by following-<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"191\"><strong>S.No.<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"192\"><strong>Phase<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"192\"><strong>Period<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"191\">1.<\/td>\n<td width=\"192\">Phase I<\/td>\n<td width=\"192\">Upto 31.07.2021<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"191\">2.<\/td>\n<td width=\"192\">Phase II<\/td>\n<td width=\"192\">01.08.2021 to 31.08.2021<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"191\">3.<\/td>\n<td width=\"192\">Phase III<\/td>\n<td width=\"192\">01.09.2021 30.09.2021<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Clause 5:<\/strong> In clause 5, the existing sub-clause (iii) and the expression is substituted by the following-<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;(iii) No refund of excess payment already made shall be allowed due to rebate of tax and\/or waiver under this Scheme.
