The Himachal Pradesh Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Rules, 2021 amends the Himachal Pradesh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1999 in the following manner:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After rule 168 the following rule shall be inserted, namely:-<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u201c169.
