The Government of Rajasthan has amended the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 vide Notification dated June 8, 2021. The Amendment makes the following substitution in the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003:<\/p>\n

In Schedule II appended to the said Act, in column 2 against serial number 81, for the existing expression “Registered dealers selling High Speed Diesel to manufacturers and works contractors registered under the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017)”, <\/em>the expression “Registered dealers selling High Speed Diesel to manufacturers and works contractors and those engaged in mining, who are registered under the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act,20l7 (ActNo.9 of 2017)” <\/em>shall be substituted.<\/p>\n
