dismissed the suit filed by Juhi Chawla regarding the rollout of 5G technology\u00a0after observing that\u00a0the suit was filed with the\u00a0<strong>motive of gaining publicity.<\/strong>\u00a0The Court also listed out several reasons on why it found the plaint defective and said that\u00a0<strong><em>the present was a classic textbook case of, how not to draft a
