2021<span dir=\"ltr\"> for regulating the <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">method of recruitment to the post of Appraiser in the Commissionerates of Customs under the Central Board of <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Indirect Taxes and Customs, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Key features of the Rules are:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Number of the said post, its <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">classification and the level in pay matrix as specified in the Schedule <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">annexed to these rules.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Method of recruitment, age<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">limit, qualification <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">No person <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\"><span dir=\"ltr\">(a) <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\"><span dir=\"ltr\">(b)<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Provided that <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">any person from the operation of this
