The Court said that\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u201cThe allotment of Remdesivir appears to have been made on the basis of \u2018functional bed capacity\u2019 of each of the hospitals. The couple got married in 2020 and both of them were working in Israel. Welfare.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Individuals having lab test proven COVID-19 illness their vaccination is to be deferred by 3 months after recovery.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">COVID-19 patients who have been given anti-SARS-2 monoclonal antibodies or convalescent plasma: in their case the COVID-19 vaccination is to be deferred by 3 months from the date of discharge from the hospital.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Individuals who have received at least the 1<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">st<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dose and got COVID-19 infection before completion of the dosing schedule: in their case the 2<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nd<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dose should be deferred by 3 months after clinical recovery from COVID-19 illness.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight:
