Submissions can be in the form of articles, opinions, case comments and short notes on the aforementioned topics.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Topics<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We are open to any topic which revolves around \u201cCorporate or Commercial Laws\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The CCL Blog invites blogs from students, practitioners, researchers, academicians, policymakers and other stakeholders in the legal field.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Submission Guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Submissions should be the original work of the contributor and should not have been published or sent for publication elsewhere.<\/li>\n<li>Citations may be included either by adding an\u00a0end-note\u00a0or\u00a0hyperlinking\u00a0the reliable internet source in the main text itself. Further, if the author relies on a specific part of a document to support an argument, pinpoint citations must be included.<\/li>\n<li>Authors are advised to keep their articles concise and precise to enhance the effectiveness of their posts. The word limit should ideally range from\u00a01200 \u2013 1500 words\u00a0(excluding end-notes).<\/li>\n<li>Submissions should not contain advertising or marketing material. The Posts summarising (and possibly linking to) alert memos and similar current awareness pieces prepared by law firms and other service providers will not be considered for publication.<\/li>\n<li>Submissions should not contain any offensive, abusive, derogatory or potentially defamatory content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Submission Fee<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There will be no submission fee.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Submission Procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>All submissions must be sent in an MS Word document to ccl.submissions@nluo.ac.in.<\/li>\n<li>Contributors should include their full name and affiliation, a link to their online profile page, if available, and a suggested title for their blog post, in their covering email.<\/li>\n<li>The CCL Blog conducts a strict editorial review of submissions received and holds absolute discretion in determining whether to accept a submission or
