These <strong><em>shall include, but not be limited<\/em><\/strong> to telecommunications law, data protection, intellectual property rights, cybercrimes, internet governance, software contracts, artificial intelligence and cloud computing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The submissions should be <strong>unpublished, original and not under review <\/strong>with any similar platform<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 About the Centre<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Centre for Information Communication &amp; Technology Law (\u201c<strong>CICTL\u201d) <\/strong>is an initiative of the Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai which aims to be a centre for excellence in generating and disseminating the knowledge concerning the interrelationship between technology and law across the globe.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Content Guidelines<\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong><u>Co-authorship<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong>Co-authorship up to <strong><em>two authors<\/em><\/strong> is permitted.<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>Plagiarism<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong>The submission should reflect <strong><em>original and unpublished work, not under review<\/em><\/strong> with a similar platform. A <strong><em>maximum similarity of 15% is allowed<\/em><\/strong>. Non-adherence to this rule shall result in rejection of the article summarily with no chance for improvement.<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>Length<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong>Submissions must ideally be limited to a length of <strong><em>1500 words<\/em><\/strong>. This limit shall be exclusive of any explanatory endnotes that are added. Non-adherence of the word limit can be allowed only if deemed necessary.<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>Formatting<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong>Submissions should be made in <strong><em>Microsoft Word (.docx) format<\/em><\/strong>. The submission should adhere to the following formatting style. Font: <strong><em>Times New Roman, Font size: 12, Line spacing: 1.5.<\/em><\/strong> (For Endnotes <strong><em>Font size: 10, Line spacing:1)<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Citation:<\/strong>Relevant sources such as judgments, laws, treaties, news articles and other legal texts must be added as Endnotes adhering to the uniform Bluebook 20<sup>th<\/sup> Edition citation style.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Submission Guidelines<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Submissions should be made by the google form here: <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/xomg8EKnSBa7WqJR7\">HERE<\/a>  (also available at the website)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Submissions through emails will not be entertained.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Review Process \u2013 7 Days<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Every article undergoes a comprehensive three-tier student review and is sent back with comments for improvement, suggested changes, or cogent reasons for rejection\/selection.\u00a0 The final decision of the editorial team shall be conveyed within the <strong>strict timeline of 7 days<\/strong> subject to response of the authors in case the article is sent back for revision.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Upon acceptance of the manuscript for publication by CICTL Blog, the copyright over the manuscript is vested with MNLU Mumbai. However, the moral rights over the manuscript shall vest in the author(s).<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Publication Certificate<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On successful publication of a blog article, the author(s) shall be provided with a certificate of publication from Centre for Information Communication, and Technology Law, MNLU Mumbai.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Publication Fee:
