In order to do so, the guidelines also identify the potential risks for <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">the rights and freedoms of individuals<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">, the main actors and their roles<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">, and tackle the application of key data protection requirements (such as lawfulness and transparency, DPIA, etc.)as well as key elements of arrangements between social media providers and the targeters.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span dir=\"ltr\">The scope of these Guidelines covers the relationships between the registered users of <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">a social network, its prov<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">iders, as well as the targeters. Thorough analysis, of scenarios, such as <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">individuals that are <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">no<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">t<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">registered <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">with social media providers <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">does not fall <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">under the scope of the <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">present
