{"id":247421,"date":"2021-04-20T17:33:24","date_gmt":"2021-04-20T12:03:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/?p=247421"},"modified":"2023-10-03T14:32:22","modified_gmt":"2023-10-03T09:02:22","slug":"interim-orders-pending-before-subordinate-courts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/post\/2021\/04\/20\/interim-orders-pending-before-subordinate-courts\/","title":{"rendered":"Del HC | Interim Orders pending before Subordinate Courts to stand extended till 16th July, 2021 or until further order"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Delhi High Court: <\/strong>Full Bench of Vipin Sanghi, Rekha Palli and Talwant Singh, JJ., took suo motu cognizance of the extraordinary circumstances i.e. the alarming resurgence of COVID-19 pandemic under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bench ordered that all matters pending before the Court and Subordinate Courts, wherein interim orders issued were subsisting as on 19-04-2021 and expired or will expire thereafter, shall stand automatically extended till 16-07-2021 or until further order, except where any orders to the contrary have been passed by the Supreme Court of India in any particular matter, during the intervening period.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In case any party faces any hardship due to the above-stated order of this Court, they would be at liberty to seek appropriate relief.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">High Court directed that the Order be uploaded on the website of this Court and conveyed to all the Standing Counsel, UOI, GNCTD, DDA, Civic Authorities, Delhi High Court Bar Association and all other Bar Associations of Delhi as well as to all District Courts subordinate to this Court.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Matter to be listed on 16-07-2021.[Court on its own motion v.
