{"id":247105,"date":"2021-04-15T17:12:34","date_gmt":"2021-04-15T11:42:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/?p=247105"},"modified":"2021-04-15T17:12:34","modified_gmt":"2021-04-15T11:42:34","slug":"sls-pune-judgment-writing-competition-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/post\/2021\/04\/15\/sls-pune-judgment-writing-competition-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"SLS Pune | Judgment Writing Competition, 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">SIU was established under Section 3 of UGC Act, 1956, in the year 2002.\u00a0Symbiosis Law School, Pune is a constituent of Symbiosis International (Deemed University).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Symbiosis Law School, Pune, (SLS Pune) in 2020 has been ranked 8th by the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) Ministry of Human Resource Development India among the Law Institutes all over the Country.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This year, Symbhav is set to drop its anchor on the\u00a0<strong>28th of April, 2021 <\/strong>with the festivities continuing\u00a0<strong>until the 30<sup>th<\/sup> of April, 2021 <\/strong>online.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Judgment Writing has been an important event in Symbhav every year. This event has been curated and shaped into a format that is aimed at testing the participants\u2019 ability to not just perceive the law from a singular perspective but also create a balanced impression of a legal position, as well as testing everything from researching &amp; drafting skills and deliberation skills. The format for the competition and the Rules &amp; Regulations are attached as a separate document below.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Participation and Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The participant shall be a student in any 3 year or 5 year law course or any other undergraduate or postgraduate law degree, from any institution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Please remember that the registration will be done on a\u00a0<strong>first-come-first-serve\u00a0<\/strong>basis and that there is a team\/participant cap on each event. The registration fees is <strong>INR 500\/-<\/strong>. The deadline for registration is\u00a0<strong>22<sup>nd<\/sup> April, 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Last Date of Submission of draft <\/strong>is<strong>
