It shall come into force upon publication in official gazette. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Key Amendments in the Rules are discussed below:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961,<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span dir=\"ltr\">I<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">n THE FIRST SCHEDULE, for the heading \u201c2. Ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy (AYUSH) (Ayurveda, Yoga aur Prakratik Chikitsa, Unani,<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Siddha aur <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Homoeopathy (AYUSH) Mantralaya)\u201d, the following heading shall be substituted &#8211; <\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u201cMinistry of Ayush (Ayush Mantralaya)\u201d.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Under the heading \u201cMINISTRY OF AYUSH (AYUSH MAN<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">TRALAYA)\u201d as so substituted,<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\"><span dir=\"ltr\">(a) for entries 1, 2, 3 and 4, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span dir=\"ltr\">\u201c1. <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Formulation of policy and policy issues for development and propagation of Traditional &amp; <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Non<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Conventional Systems of Health Care and He<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">aling which include Ayurveda, Yoga, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, Sowa Rigpa and Homoeopathy etc. (Ayush systems of Health Care).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span dir=\"ltr\">2. <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Development and implementation of programmes including Central schemes and Centrally <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">sponsored schemes for development and pr<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">opagation of Ayush systems of Health Care.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span dir=\"ltr\">3. <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Co<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">ordination and promotion of research and development including assistance therefor in <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Ayush systems of Health Care.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span dir=\"ltr\">4. <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Setting up and maintenance of Central institutions for research and development, educati<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">on <\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">and standards relating to Ayush systems of Health Care.&#8221;.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\"><span dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
