It is the first such initiative undertaken by the faculty members and the students of Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad. It is an effort to discuss and bring forward various contemporary discourses and issues related to the domain of comparative laws.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>ABOUT THE ORGANISATION<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad (MNLU-A), is an institution established in the year 2017, with an objective of imparting quality legal education.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>ABOUT THE NEWSLETTER<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Devoted to the study of comparative and transnational laws and legal systems, the\u00a0<em>Comparative Law e-Newsletter<\/em>\u00a0(CLN) is an open access, peer-reviewed and refereed newsletter published bi-monthly with six issues per year, by Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad. It embraces analytical, theoretical, empirical and socio-legal attempts surrounding the public and private law aspects of various legal systems. It aims to encourage comparative legal studies in the transnational context of legal history, theory, philosophy, legal cultures and traditions, by tracking the developments in the field across the world. The newsletter seeks works that are dynamic and interdisciplinary in nature with specific display of comprehensive knowledge on the subject matter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>THEME<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The submissions dealt with the contemporary issues of\u00a0<strong>\u201cPublic Health Framework:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Law and Society<\/strong><strong>\u201d<\/strong>.\u00a0The theme was carefully thought of and agreed upon by the team members in the light of recent and related events and developments around the world pertaining to this area. The First Volume, Fourth Issue is based on contributions by faculty members, students and practitioners; however, we look forward and comprehend that the upcoming volumes and issues will be based on submissions by academicians, lawyers, young students and other esteemed members of the legal fraternity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You can find attached the Volume I, Issue IV of
